10 Years ago when I first tasted Yakitori in Japan I fell in love. I met a good friend and chef in 2017 name Atsushi Kono in New York City. Master Kono was the first Yakitori Michelin starred restaurant in the United States.
He loved my passion for the food that he passed down and taught me his dedicated knowledge of cooking yakitori. And now the year 2020 I am here to pass down my passion to you!
